What is a Terms of Service agreement? (TOS)A terms of service agreement is a document that lists the conditions and rules of commissioning an artist. By paying for a commission, you are agreeing to the terms listed in said document. Please make sure you read the terms of service before you agree to commission me.How long does it usually take to finish a comm?After I receive payment, depending on complexity, turn around can be as quick as a day for quick sketches (on weekends) to 1-3 weeks or more. I have a dayjob alongside my webtoon project and that means a large portion of my time is occupied especially on weekdays.Personal vs Commercial CommsTo put things simply, commercial use commissions are ones used on any platform that can/will generate profit.
Ex: You're a streamer/vtuber and you post it on your socials, use it on streams either solo or for collabs, posters/banners/profile photos etc.If you're going to use this simply as for ex. your character's image as a discord pfp in a private server, in a roleplaying session between friends, print this and use it as a small bookmark for personal use without redistribution, then it's considered a personal commission.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1.) All payments are to be made via paypal invoice ( Ko-Fi works too!)2.) Payment is upfront with no refunds. The only time refunds will be given is when I am unable to complete your commission.3.) 2 (two) free minor revisions are allowed. (Expressions, colors, dialogue if any.) Any further changes will be subject to additional charges depending on complexity.4.) It is within my rights to deny any commission that are above my skillset or that I am uncomfortable with.5.) Commercial rights can be purchased by clients for pieces after the commission has been completed if they wish to use it for commercial purposes. Please stick to the limitations of your commission type so you don't get blacklisted and more.6.) By commissioning me, you are also acknowledging that commissions may be delayed due to my dayjob/other projects/health. (But i'll do my best to finish things asap!)7.) How a rush commission is handled, is at my own discretion. Proper communication between myself and my clients are insured.8.) All products will be delivered exclusively digitally in the form of a PNG for personal, and PNG + CLIP or PSD (layered file) for commercial use. Resolution is in 4k (3840x2160). Orientation depends on the piece.9.) Edits made to the completed artwork without the artist's permission are strictly prohibited.10.) Do not claim the art as yours. Please credit where necessary. Don't crop/erase the miniscule signature i'll be putting in a discreet area of the piece.11.) Usage/uploading the artwork to any blockchain-related technology/network (including NFTs, Cryptocurrency, etc.) is strictly prohibited.12.) I may post/stream the artworks on any social media platform or use it in portfolios (unless requested otherwise).
